First and foremost, our role supplements in-house capacity and capabilities of a client where expertise in science and technology coupled with experience in the planning and organization of technical communications is central. Many organizations, large and small, either lack the on-board staff skills applicable to a particular project or need temporarily to expand existing staff power in a specific area.

Our clients are the experts in their fields. Identifying expert contributors and hot topics for programs is always the purview of our clients.

  • Our consulting focuses on assuring technical balance, optimal program organization, and, when needed, efficient conference management.
  • We manage and organize contributors and their contributions along a specified timeline according to agreed quality standards. This includes identifying and recruiting rapporteurs from among participants in an event, and overseeing their execution of assignments.
  • We provide technical editing of clients’ print and electronic communications. These range from brochures and advance programs to newsletters, after-event reports, and manuscripts destined for the technical literature. Each type of communication requires its own assortment of services. We edit content for clarity, design impactful layouts and graphics, and provide copy editing and proofreading, for a press-ready product.
  • We review and recommend improvements to clients’ Internet presence, their web sites and social media content, and consequent image.

  • We design opinion surveys, solicit input from client-relevant respondents, analyze responses, and collate and report results.
